Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of the Shloce platform, operated by: Nils Plaha Hardbergstraße 77 69518 Abtsteinach Germany Shloce is a marketplace platform for digital advertising spaces. By using the platform, you agree to these terms of service.

Shloce facilitates the booking of digital advertising spaces between advertisers (customers) and screen owners (partners). • Customers can book available ad spaces by the hour and upload their own advertising content. • Partners can offer their screens as ad spaces and generate revenue. • Shloce is not a contracting party in bookings between customers and partners, but acts solely as an intermediary.

• Using the platform requires registration with a valid email address. • You are responsible for the security of your account. • You may not share your account with third parties. • False information during registration entitles us to suspend the account.

• Shloce charges a commission of 19% on each facilitated booking. • The commission is automatically deducted during payment processing via Stripe. • Prices for ad spaces are set by the respective partners. • All prices include applicable statutory VAT where applicable.

Users are solely responsible for their uploaded content. The following content is prohibited: • Illegal content of any kind • Pornographic or sexually explicit content • Discriminatory, racist, or inflammatory content • Content glorifying violence • Misleading or fraudulent advertising • Content that infringes copyrights or trademark rights of third parties • Political extremism advertising • Advertising for weapons, drugs, or other controlled substances Shloce reserves the right to remove content without prior notice and to suspend accounts in case of violations.

• Shloce is not liable for content uploaded by users. • Shloce is not liable for the availability or technical functionality of individual ad spaces. • Shloce's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. • Shloce does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

• Users may delete their account at any time. • Upon deletion, active bookings are not automatically cancelled — please cancel them beforehand. • Shloce is entitled to suspend or delete accounts with immediate effect in case of violations of these terms of service.

Shloce reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after amended terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is Mannheim, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
